Kristin Menapace is the founder of Muscle Motion & Wellness, a company that specializes improving your health, mind & body enhancing your overall Wellness.
Kristin has been in the fitness industry for over twenty years, teaching swimming, tennis, and a variety of fitness classes, including aquatics, P.A.C.E. circuit training, cardio kickboxing, yoga, resistance band training, and spinning. She has taught water fitness certification classes in New Jersey Health Clubs and YMCAs, and has taught at Rutgers University, where she received her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science Degrees. Kristin has been practicing Muscle Activation Techniques since 2005 and has worked with professional athletes, marathon runners and individuals that want to get the most from their favorite activities.
Kristin has facilitated programs with the Girl Scouts on physical fitness and healthy eating, and has presented basic wellness programs to local businesses. She is also member of the IDEA Association for World Fitness Professionals. Kristin completed her fourth New York Marathon in November, 2004.
Kristin has been a guest speaker on the radio fitness show, Dr. Fitness and the Fat Guy, has been quoted in Orange County Metro Magazine, and has been featured in the online OC Squeeze, with a blog about the benefits of MAT.
